We created this 116-page toolkit for UNHCR. The toolkit is a collection of resources and best practices for groups running shelters along the United States–Mexico border, and is tied to a website (not created by us) with a plethora of documents and other resources. The digital document is filled with thumbnail images that link directly to the resources on the website. The full toolkit is available here.
